Qualification Full time MSW / MBA / MHRM from good Institution. / Charming Personality

Role
- Managing qualified work force, from IR point of view,
- Liasioning with Locals, Govt Officials and Trade Unions.
- Implementing the OD initiatives
- Payroll / Canteen / Security / Transport administration.
- Reporting to Head (HR & OD).
- Experience 5-8 years experience in management cadre

Expertise
- Should have handled workers unrest independently or in Team work.
- Should have good network with Locals, Govt Officials.
- Should be expert in handling workers grievances and making proper solutions.
- Should have good knowledge on Labour related Acts and Ammendments.
- Should have working knowledge on Domestic enquirees and litigation procedures.
- Should have experience to recruit qualified workers in large numbers.
- Should have good administartive control ability.
- Should have handled OD initiatives like QC's / 5S / TPM and cultural activities.
- Should have good knowledge on Payroll management
- Should have handled Contract labour management i.e. Contractor agreements / registrations / Licencing / rotations / timely payments.
